Individual Counseling Services

Transformation Change Specialist
Provides a safe atmosphere where participants experience and become aware of life options.
The process might relate to: attitudes, perceptions, beliefs, interpretations, behaviors and/or actions; and encourage focus, dedication and commitment related to personal transformation.


Personal Coach
A personal coach provides feedback, perspective and encouragement related to ideas, plans, dreams, career and job search, time management and problem solving.
Specific themes: Assessing values, interests and goals; the interviewing process, negotiating skills, and lifelong learning.


Counselor for Consultants
The business consultant provides supportive dialogue, business plan development and assessment, strategic planning, and additionally assist in the integration of personal values, and social and family responsibilities.
Counseling focus may include money, wealth, investment management, workplace and career issues, marketing and sales techniques, and operations management.

Six Options


Group Facilitation Services: Option 1
A facilitation specialist creates a positive atmosphere for group decisions and team building. Focus may include establishing and/or communicating company goals, analyzing results, and the implementing of an action plan.
Intentions may include: problem solving, conflict resolution, networking, informal supportive dialogue; and short term project coordination.

Intuitive Counselor/Mediation Services: Option 2
When decisions are less definite, intuition can be a valuable administrative tool. Excess thinking, over analysis, and intensity can block the flow of action and ideas.
The intuitive counselor provides a balance between intuition and cognitive reasoning and incorporates symbols and perceptions with dialogue, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Services may include:
o Organizational Planning - Business cycle interpretation - Strategic planning - Event interpretation
o Staff and Executive counseling
o Facilitation of the decision making process


Community Organizing Specialist: Option 3
Counseling services includes planning and facilitating neighborhood and community projects. Specifics include the prioritization process, encouraging involvement, strategy, action and implementation.
Project possibilities are youth, senior, family and cultural programs; social services, housing, business development; political and public policy, athletics, and historical research.



Ecology Educator and Consultant: Option 4
The specialist develops educational programs and environmental strategies for school systems, corporations, government agencies, and citizen groups.
The intent is to identify community needs, priorities and environmental concerns.
Project themes may include: eco-awareness; advocacy; quality of life issues; sustainability and earth friendly economic development.


Political Information Specialist: Option 5
The specialist represents citizen groups, corporations, business associations, educational organizations, and/or social service institutions.
Core responsibilities include: issue framing, information strategy, and providing effective dialogue with government agency personnel.
Principle activities are developing relationship with policy makers, attunement to appropriate agency projects, issue organizing, and influencing candidate selection and the political process.


Curriculum and Creative Expression: Option 6
Projects may include the vision, the plan, production, and/or directing efforts related to all forms of holistic expression. Possibilities may include: meetings and conferences; workshops, retreats, and training; certificate, certification and degree programs; ritual, pageantry and drama; and additional forms of creative expression.
Specific tasks may include: administration, management, and communication and assessment related to the operational guidelines and goals of the project.







Research and Investigative Inquiry

Planetary Research Specialist
The research specialist utilizes acquired skills to plan and influence events which promote planetary wellness, harmony, and healing change.
Research includes the study of daily living patterns; an analysis of class and gender groupings; educational patterns, economics; faith and spiritual traditions; conflict resolution practices; and the cycling of holidays and celebrations.
An additional aspect of the research is to explore, understand, communicate and develop useful models for symbolic patterns which support positive physical reality.


Healing Integration Specialist
A client based healing discipline which utilizes aspects of science, mechanics, holistic health, intuition, imagery and visualization.
An objective is to harmonize the dynamics of client, research, self experimentation, and the healing process.
Healing and research procedures include attunement to the micro elementals, the tissue and skeletal regeneration process, holistic health; and the integration of physics, chemistry, biology, intuition and metaphysics.
