Mini Wellness Sessions
A quick exposure including many wellness themes in one program; included is an opening segment to set the tone; and a closing session which encourages awareness, reflection, and intention.
Topics include: Handling unhealthy stress - Your wellness tool kit - Diet and Nutrition; and various themes that promote personal well being.
Money Matters
Our purpose is to provide the opportunity to gain insight and possibly rethink and develop a plan related to our personal finances.
Themes include: money techniques; consumption, spending, saving dynamics; money and emotions, investments and wealth.
Communication and Teambuilding
How we participate in groups may have a significant impact on: our careers, our ability to communicate, and how we experience life.
Topics may include presentation techniques and style; dialogue and participation skills, team work, personal sharing, and problem solving.
Sustainable Living
Our earth is more crowded; natural resources are more expensive; planetary concerns are many.
Topics include: living lightly on the Earth, quality of life issues, food production, eco- friendly community and business development.
Community Involvement
At times there is concern regarding situations outside our personal needs; our awareness and passion shift to service to those in need and/or options and obligations related to our local community and larger society.
Selected topics include: our areas of interest, our life situation and talents, and the idea that a small step of involvement can yield big results.

Provides an engaging conversation related to personal support, networking, social conversation, team building and problem solving.
General theme possibilities are career dynamics, the dramas of life, company policies; brainstorming and strategic planning; also current events, spirituality and global challenges.
Intuitive Readings
The Awareness Deck is designed for insight, guidance, interpretation, informational references, and ideas to encourage personal wellness.
The 91 Awareness Cards, palms, and additional intuitive tools provide a friendly approach to insight, reflection, intuitive feedback and life learning.
Wellness Entertainment
A performance type atmosphere is utilized to encourage audience interactive participation.
Themes are appropriate for larger audiences; and might include: personal tool kit, support system, stress; issues of life, and more.
Spirit Entertainment
A performance type atmosphere is utilized to encourage audience interactive participation. Themes are appropriate for larger audiences; and might include: life mission, the unseen world, our intuitive selves, and intuitive messages and metaphors.
Ritual and Celebration
A sense of ritual and the dramatic, if appropriate, can transform a presentation into a heartfelt experience.
Ritual situations might include: ceremonies and special occasions; confirmation, marriage, retirement, testimonials, memorial service, divorce; seasonal celebrations; and religious and spiritual events.

Too many facts can overwhelm; decisions and choices become less certain. As concepts become more complex; sensing, perception and spirit communication can be an important aspects of making decisions.
Topics include: basic symbols and symbol interpretation, faith, trust, allowing for magic, body messages, subtle meanings, and energy vibration.
Imagery and Healing
Our healing approach includes the dynamics of faith, belief system, metaphor, imagery, and intention.
Our therapeutic goal is the integration of mind, body, emotions, and soul as they relate to the situation of disease and illness.
Faith Spirituality
Encourage creativity and flexibility to investigate the dynamic relationship between intuition, spirituality, religion and cognition.
Topics include: connective existence; harmony of differences, personal beliefs systems, and interfaith dialogue and experiential interfaith circles.
Cosmic Inquiry
A safe space where participants can dialogue, question and express thoughts, emotions, and feelings related to the mystery of existence.
The core intent is to explore the existence of a unifying dynamics that supports and integrates all that existence.
